At Lymati we know that often things do not go as planned. Whether there was a mix up, sizing issue, or simply something that did not quite match expectations we want to handle returns and refunds reasonably and transparently.
Returns
If you need to return something, please notify us within 3 days of accepting your order. Items must be unused, tagged, and returned in original packaging. To initiate a return, simply send an email to [email protected] including your order number, a short description, and a picture of the item if you can. We will take it from there.
We only accept returns for unused products in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that show obvious signs of wear or damage not incurred during shipping.
Refunds
We only process refunds when the fault is ours—sending the wrong item, the product arriving damaged, etc. Refunds are only made by bank transfer. We do not give refunds in cash or on a digital wallet.
Since we only accept cash on delivery, we will need you to provide your bank account details for any approved refunds. Once approved, please allow 7–10 working days to see the refund in your account.
Your Information
Any personal information you provide us during the refund process, like your bank details, is handled safely and in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) in Hong Kong. We do not store these details for any longer than necessary to process your refund.
